the blue horse was part of a county-wide art apreciation. There were about 15 horse, each decorated differently by different artists. They were place all around Loudoun County for about a month and then were auctioned off to raise money for the county. My mom and I (and Ian the second day) together drove around the county through a span of 2 days and found each horse and took a picture of each. This blue horse was titled Iris (for obvious reasons). It was my 2nd favorite.
